Plating
We can make plating such as nickel, zinc, black nickel, tin, copper, and gold. We are good at plating of both electrical parts and electronic parts, so that we can make a precision part by treatment of basket, rack, and barrel. Aditionally, we can make high-precision plating of complex shape parts which is impossible for an automatic machine.
We put an effort into the tet production by utilizing the above-described merit, so that we can accept customers' detailed demands and we perform the processing which is high quality, low cost, and quick delivery. Also, in the factory floor, young staff make an effort to aim at high quality and high efficiency.

The type and characteristics of plating
Electroless nickel plating It is compatible with electrical, electronic parts, and etc. Rack and basket treatment is possible. |
Bright nickel plating It is compatible with electrical, electronic parts, and etc. Small barrel and rack treatment is possible. |

Machining
We are complete with seventeen NC automatic lathes and two machining center, so that we perform the around-the-clock processing of major makers' high-precision parts which are used as office automation equipments and medical equipments.
Especially, we are good at the cutting work of tiny and precision parts for development prototype production, and we have achieved low cost and quick delivery by the integrated manufacture. In the quality, we draw up the machining dimensions' check sheet and perform the strict dimensional management for every processed lot.
Additionally, we make an effort to streamline the process every day, and aim at cost saving and farther quick delivery.

Product test
The main operations are sorting of both plated parts and machined parts, mesurement, packing, and shipment.
As we are complete with the roundness measuring machine, the film thickness aguge, and the latest mesuring dynascope, we can measure in micron unit and check precision parts.
Also, in our company, we certainly conduct shipping inspections before delivering the completed products to customers. It is the department where women play an active role, and they aim at further speeding up the process and not making defectives with strict inspections.
